Short Description
The ESX-TC3 combines unparalleled hardware and software flexibility with proven stability and reliability. Along with 2 CAN interfaces that support integration in a wide range of vehicles, the hardware offers serial, USB and Ethernet interfaces. A digital input and a digital output are also provided. For wireless communication, an additional integrated expansion board is offered. The open source LINUX operating system of the ESX-TC3 includes all of the necessary system components and drivers needed to exploit the hardware functionality. The complete source code of the operating system and the development environment are available free of charge and provide the developer with a simple and low cost system for application development. The 1 GByte data memory of the ESX-TC3 allows data logging over long time periods. Typically, the collected data is used in the applications such as:
Thanks to a practical internal design, STW can ensure that future generations of communication modules can be integrated based on the same hardware basis, quickly and without risk. The mix of flexible hardware, many optional functions and the continuous development of the operating system on open source basis makes the ESX-TC3 the perfect platform for teleservice and telematic applications in every field.
